Job summary

Flynn Wendy's is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR leadership for a geographical market, building relationships with field employees and management while driving HR and operational initiatives across Wend American stores.

The role partners with Support Center and market leadership to align HR and Operations, oversee HRIS processes, guide employee relations, and support training. Requires 3–5 years in HR and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years HR experience in multi-unit environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional HR certification a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Staffing/Recruiting across 30+ units and partnering with leadership.
• Develop and deliver HR initiatives in collaboration with Operations.
• Manage employee relations, investigations and compliance activities.
• Oversee HRIS processes, reporting and data accuracy.
• Support training and development programs for managers and staff.
