Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years experience as a restaurant general manager at a quick service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation.
• Strong background in restaurant operations achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Passion for developing and leading teams and driving excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and store success.
• Mentor and develop team members; instill Wendy's culture and motivate the team to perform above expectations.
• Maintain total operational and financial responsibility for the restaurant.
