Flynn Arby's is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our multi-unit operations near Ozark, MO. You will maintain staffing, develop managers, and advise on disciplinary actions to ensure compliant, effective restaurant teams.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive recruiting, training, employee relations, and HR programs across our restaurants, balancing speed with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or 3+ years in HR generalist duties; SHRM certification a plus.
• Experience with HRIS software; SAP knowledge a plus.
• Experience supporting employees in a multi-unit environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage management recruiting processes.
• Conduct interviews and reference checks for candidates.
• Advise on employee relations, terminations and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
• Coordinate training and development programs for managers.
