Job summary

Flynn Arby's is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support operations in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations for a multi-unit environment. The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires partnering with the HR team to ensure compliance and high performance across restaurants.

Responsibilities include managing candidate flow, conducting interviews, coordinating training, handling employee relations, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or 3+ years in HR generalist roles.
• SHRM certification is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience supporting multi-unit operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle management recruiting from job boards, referrals and ads.
• Conduct first interviews and manage the process to hire or reject candidates.
• Perform reference and background checks for management candidates.
• Coordinate new manager orientation and training programs.
• Maintain employee files and support performance reviews at all levels.
• Advise on terminations and disciplinary actions with documentation.
• Assist with unemployment claims and EEO documentation.
• Deliver management development trainings and topics at meetings.
