Job summary

You will coach leaders, lead employee relations investigations, develop talent and succession plans, and advance engagement initiatives with a focus on excellence and change management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience leading employee relations investigations and guiding managers through disciplinary processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner and advisor to management on a broad range of organizational issues.
• Coach leaders on organization redesign, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues; conduct investigations as necessary.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and growth initiatives across the site.
• Drive employee engagement strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Partner with management and Talent Acquisition to develop staffing strategies for both manufacturing and professional roles.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, procedures, and programs; maintain confidentiality.
