Qualifications

• 4+ years in an HRBP/People Partner role supporting Production teams.
• Creative builder mindset creating scalable programs.
• Passion for coaching, developing, supporting others.
• Collaborative cross‑functional partner with People Ops, Recruiting, Finance, Legal.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and scale practical solutions.
• Experience advising managers in fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environments.
• Understanding of employee relations and employment law compliance.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Attention to detail and process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to drive performance and organizational design.
• Coach managers on leadership topics, feedback, PIP, terminations.
• Assist with promotions, leveling, and compensation conversations.
• Support organizational changes including restructures.
• Scale People programs and processes for fast growth.
• Lead employee relations matters with fairness and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Collaborate with Legal and leadership on sensitive matters.
