Job summary

MANE is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Lebanon, OH production facility. The HRBP partners with leaders to implement people strategies that boost engagement, performance, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

You will lead investigations, advise on corrective actions, and help shape workforce planning and development in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive HR experience, including at least three years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Employee relations or advisory experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading complex employee relations investigations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to translate business needs into HR solutions.
• Guide performance management by coaching leaders through evaluations and development plans.
• Lead employee relations matters and workplace investigations with documentation.
• Plan and conduct fair, timely investigations and maintain case files.
• Collaborate on compliance, policy administration, and workforce planning.
