Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR Business Partner or HR Manager experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence.
• Well-developed organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Member of the business unit leadership team enabling strategic projects.
• Lead organizational talent planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• Develop, communicate, and own KPIs for the business unit.
• Roll out HR processes within sites and employee groups (systems, performance reviews, engagement).
• Support performance management and employee relations as needed.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition COE to scale operations.
• Identify gaps and develop targeted solutions for assigned groups.
• Work with global/local HR COEs to implement scalable solutions.
• Assess team needs and implement development actions.
• Act as a culture carrier to promote the 5Cs and IDEAL leadership.
