Job summary

ATI is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner for the Specialty Rolled Products (SRP) unit in Brackenridge, PA, reporting to the Director of HR for SRP. You will support Quality, Technical & Finance organizations and engage with the business unit leadership to drive HR strategies.

The role requires labor relations expertise, strong influence, and the ability to partner with leaders to implement initiatives while navigating labor agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Three years' experience as HRBP or in Labor Relations.
JD may substitute HRBP or Labor Experience.

Responsibilities

Develop understanding of business challenges and opportunities.
Build relationships with functional leaders and union leadership.
Handle employee and labor relations issues including investigations and discipline.
Support talent management, performance reviews, and compensation processes.
Use HR data analytics to advise on workforce planning.
Assist leaders in communicating with the workforce and promoting engagement.
Lead process improvements with Digital Technology and automation.
Manage disputes under negotiated collective bargaining agreements.
