Job summary

ATI is seeking an HR Business Partner within our Specialty Rolled Products (SRP) business. This role will report to our Director, Human Resources for SRP and will primarily support our Quality, Technical & Finance organizations as well as Business Unit engagement initiatives and activities.

The primary location is Brackenridge, PA with occasional travel to our other plants in Southwestern, Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three years' experience as HR Business Partner or in Labor Relations; JD can substitute.
• Preferred Master's in HR or related field; JD beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of business challenges and opportunities.
• Build strong working relationships with functional leaders and union leadership.
• Manage employee and labor relations issues, investigations, grievances, discipline, and terminations.
• Support HR strategies and cycle processes: performance, talent management, and compensation.
• Advise management using HR data analytics on workforce planning.
• Assist leaders in communicating with the workforce to promote engagement.
• Lead process improvements, partnering with Digital Technology to automate where possible.
• Handle disputes with the union in collaboration with leadership and legal counsel.
