Tru Vue Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic and tactical HR support in a manufacturing setting.

You will partner with operations and leaders to drive people strategies, manage talent, and oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. Responsibilities include payroll and timekeeping oversight, performance management, and compliance with affirmative action and labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Five years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS; Workday experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with operations and leaders to develop and execute people strategies, workforce plans, and labor-management practices.
• Maintain relationships with leaders and employees through regular meetings and floor presence; provide HR consultation.
• Coach leaders on performance expectations, evaluations, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
• Support workforce planning, retention, and succession planning aligned with business needs.
• Manage HR transactions and data accuracy in HRIS; payroll/timekeeping support and reporting.
