Job summary

Vantage Plastics is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy and operations in a manufacturing environment. You will partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, oversee acquisition, engagement, and workforce development, and ensure compliance across locations.

The role requires strong business judgment, collaboration, and the ability to balance strategic HR with daily operational needs while building trust with employees and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience partnering with operational leadership and senior management.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.
• Experience with compensation, benefits, payroll, and policy administration.

• Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business objectives.
