This onsite role at southeastern Medical Center in Cambridge, OH focuses on talent, performance, and culture in a high-reliability healthcare environment.

You will coach leaders, influence HR processes, and collaborate across HR Centers of Expertise to ensure strategic alignment with business plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR or a related field.

• Oversee talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness.
