Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR consultation to a designated Physician Organization. You will align HR programs with business needs, coach leaders, and partner with staffing and organizational development to drive people initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing long-term HR strategies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and guiding organizational change to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• SPHR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic HR direction and long-term planning to support the Medical Center’s goals.
• Model and incorporate BMC’s Mission, Vision and RESPECT attributes in HR initiatives.
• Lead coaching and organizational development to drive leadership and engagement.
• Develop and implement value-added HR strategies and solutions to enhance the business.
• Consult with management to understand business issues and design HR strategies to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws in employee relations.
• Coach managers on employee relations issues and investigate concerns as needed.
• Partner with Staffing to recruit the right talent for the business units.
• Align HR policies with organizational objectives and best practices.
