Job summary

Columbus Cardiology Associates, P.C. seeks an on-site Human Resources Manager to serve as the strategic HR leader for the practice. You will partner with leadership to drive HR strategy, support organizational goals, and foster a positive, engaged workplace culture.

The role focuses on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations while mentoring managers and building strong teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience as a stand-alone HR leader or HR Business Partner supporting managers and leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, HRIS, and full-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary on-site HR resource and strategic partner for managers and employees.
• Advises and coaches leaders on performance and development, conflict resolution, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Leads employee relations initiatives, including workplace investigations, performance improvement plans, policy interpretation, and resolution of workplace concerns.
• Manages full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Partners with the Regional Support Office on benefits administration, leave management, payroll support, HR systems, and operational processes.
• Champions employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
