OhioHealth is seeking an Advisor, Human Resources Business Partner to align HR support with business objectives and drive value-added HR solutions. You will coach leaders, oversee talent development, and promote a culture aligned with the organization's values while improving performance and engagement.
You will work with HR Centers of Expertise and collaborate with leaders to develop HR programs, policies, and processes that support business goals and workforce health.

A strategic business partner/leader, the Advisor, Human Resources Business Partner, is responsible for aligning HR support with OhioHealth business objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing critical human-capital issues facing the business unit and delivering value-added HR support to OhioHealth leaders. Maintain a high level of business literacy about the business units' financial positions and strategic business plans. Broker services provided by the HR Centers of Expertise. Collaborate with other HR and business unit leaders to influence the overall success and effectiveness of the HR function and organization. Model and promote OhioHealth's values-based behavior and culture.
Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Field of Study: related field.
Years of experience: 8
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE Field of Study: HR or a related field required.
