Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Miami seeks a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance and growth.

You will lead HR programs, use data to influence decisions, and collaborate with Employment Law and HR Centers of Excellence. ADP offers a hybrid work model and a culture focused on inclusion and belonging.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of exempt generalist HR experience required.
• A college degree is great but not required; other experiences may compensate.
• Military experience with teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through can help build relationships and success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement sustainable HR solutions aligned to business strategy.
• Work closely with leaders; advise on people strategy, organizational health, and workforce effectiveness.
• Leverage data from multiple sources to identify trends, measure impact, and drive HR decisions.
• Partner internally to manage complex associate relations matters with Employment Law and HR Centers of Excellence.
• Handle employee relations cases, coach managers and associates on performance, terminations, and compliance with laws.
• Conduct and facilitate training on performance management, behavioral interviewing, and leadership development programs.
• Lead complex HR projects, programs, and initiatives across organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and change management.
