Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Senior P&O Business Partner in the United States. The role covers HR needs, compensation plans, onboarding, recruiting, policy development, and employee relations.

The HR partner will maintain HRIS records, support hiring, enforce policies, and assist in investigations, training, and payroll processing. The base pay range is $80,000.00 – $90,000.00; compensation depends on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field with 3 years’ HR experience.
• Experience working in unregulated warehouse temperatures is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR solutions across compensation, onboarding, recruiting and policy.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS records per legal requirements.
• Support hiring needs including posting jobs, screening, and hiring.
• Communicate company policies and enforce them with leadership.
• Assist in employee relations investigations and issue resolution.
• Research employment laws and communicate requirements to clients.
• Support employee engagement activities within budget.
• Assist in Open Enrollment and payroll processing.
