The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 3+ years of HR experience, proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office, and a strong focus on service, accuracy and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field and 3 years’ experience in HR required.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR solutions including compensation and incentive plans, new hire orientation, recruiting, performance appraisal systems, employee relations, policy development.
• Maintains employee files and HRIS records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Supports hiring needs including posting jobs, screening and hiring candidates.
• Communicates company policies and enforces policies with leadership support.
• Assists in resolving Associate Relations issues and conducts investigations as needed.
• Researches employment laws and HR policies and communicates information to clients.
• Creates and supports employee engagement activities within budget.
• Supports Open Enrollment and payroll processing.
