Responsibilities

• Provides HR solutions: compensation/incentives, new hire orientation, recruiting, performance appraisals.
• Maintains employee files and HRIS records per legal requirements.
• Supports hiring, postings, screening and selection.
• Communicates company policies and enforces them with leadership.
• Investigates Associate Relations issues and conducts investigations.
• researches employment laws and communicates findings to clients.
• Supports Open Enrollment and payroll processing.
