Job summary

Acadian Asset Management, a Boston-based global investment manager, seeks an HR Business Partner to work with senior leaders on talent, performance and development initiatives. This role blends strategic partnering with day-to-day HR operations in a hybrid, on-site environment three days per week.

You’ll build relationships across functions, translate business plans into people strategies, and lead learning programs to support Acadian’s entrepreneurial culture and fast-paced growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 10+ years of prior experience in a human resources generalist or business partner role; Financial services industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, written and presentation skills; ability to listen to leaders and be a credible advisor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnering relationships with managers and employees to achieve business results.
• Coach, consult and influence managers and employees on HR issues.
• Translate business plans into HR/people-oriented strategic and operational plans.
• Lead initiatives to design and implement technology solutions to manage HR information.
• Support HR strategy and learning initiatives across the firm.
