Acadian Asset Management LLC, a Boston-based global investment manager, is seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across the firm, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and build strong candidate pipelines, while delivering a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of recruiting experience, ideally within financial services or technology.
• Experience managing full life cycle recruiting across multiple business areas.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned business areas, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop recruiting strategies, and support thoughtful candidate selection.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process, building strong relationships and providing a positive, professional candidate experience.
• Proactively identify and engage prospective candidates through networking, direct sourcing, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Coordinate recruiting activities and administration, including job postings, recruiting events, onboarding-related activities, and other aspects of the hiring process.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across HR to improve recruiting processes, and contribute to a positive and team-oriented environment.
