Job summary

Acadian Asset Management, a global, data‑driven investment firm headquartered in Boston, is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to support the employee lifecycle and HR programs. This role offers hands‑on experience in a global HR function and exposure to diverse HR disciplines.

We operate a hybrid work model with on-site presence in the Boston office three days a week, and we value accuracy, discretion, and proactive collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant HR experience; entry-level acceptable.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling, postings, and candidate communications in the ATS.
• Support onboarding and New Employee Orientation for new hires.
• Assist with performance management, systems, and reporting processes.
• Maintain and update HR resources on the intranet and ensure data accuracy.
