Acadian Asset Management, a Boston-based global investment manager, seeks an HR Business Partner to work with senior leaders on talent, performance and development initiatives. This role blends strategic partnering with day-to-day HR operations in a hybrid, on-site environment three days per week.

The HR Business Partner will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will partner with leaders of the firm to help drive business strategy from an HR perspective. This multifaceted role will support several aspects of the employee experience, including but not limited to talent management, performance evaluation, learning and organizational development, succession planning, and employee relations. The HR Business Partner will develop strong relationships with managers and individual contributors to support and increase the effectiveness of Acadian’s employees. The culture of Acadian is team oriented and entrepreneurial, and the firm strives to hire individuals who are creative, technically competent and who want to add value to the firm’s evolving business strategy. The position will also support organizational development by managing the design, sourcing, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning and professional development programs. Acadian supports a hybrid work environment; employees are on-site in the Boston office 3 days a week.
The base salary range for this role is $180,000 – $225,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and relevant experience. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and includes participation in Acadian’s comprehensive benefits program, which includes health, retirement, and wellness offerings.
