Job summary

VCU Health is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic HR consulting and workforce planning for assigned client groups. You will partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities include analytics on talent and leadership, driving engagement, coaching managers on performance, and guiding change in a complex, matrixed health system. A Bachelor's in HR/Business or related field is required; a Master's is preferred; 5 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or closely related field.
• 5 years HR experience with at least 3 years in an HR generalist type role.
• PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
• Master's degree preferred or combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic consulting and workforce planning for assigned client group(s); HR strategy aligned with business needs.
• Provide analytics, insights, and recommendations on talent, leadership, and capability to deliver business results.
• Partner with clients to drive team member engagement; design and implement action plans in response to engagement surveys.
• Serve as a coach and adviser to client leaders on development, performance management, and leadership practices.
