Job summary

VCU Health System is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic HR consultation to assigned client groups, align HR initiatives with business goals, and partner with leaders to shape talent management, performance, compensation, and organizational transformation.

The HRBP will interpret HR metrics, mitigate risk, coach managers, support engagement, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across the health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or closely related field
• Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or closely related field from accredited program
• Combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Strategic consulting and workforce planning for assigned client group(s).
• Provide analytics, insights, and recommendations on talent, leadership, and capability.
• Coach and counsel client leaders on performance issues and development.
