Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3-6 years of HR experience, preferably as HR Generalist or HR Coordinator with business touchpoints.
• Demonstrated involvement in executing training programs or workplace process improvements.
• Foundational understanding of employment standards, labor laws, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Alignment with team leaders to implement tailored people plans.
• Talent & Recruitment Management across functions with branding and recruitment fair experience.
• Standardize workforce workflows and roll out new HR initiatives with operational consistency.
• Assist with skills gap analysis and deliver onboarding programs; facilitate leadership modules.
• Coach managers, resolve workplace conflicts, and support performance improvements.
• Assist in performance review cycles, goals tracking, promotions, and compensation planning.
• Utilize HR metrics and dashboards to identify attrition, engagement, and workforce trends.
• Act as liaison between business units and HR team; ensure compliance with laws.
• Ensure company operations comply with local, state, and federal employment laws.
