Job summary

Novotech is seeking an HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees across North America from Raleigh, NC in a hybrid work model.

You will deliver HR solutions, manage employee lifecycle, compliance, leaves, training, and partner with Senior HRBP to drive people initiatives.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years HR experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication, and HR operations knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience across employee relations, compliance, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees on HR matters including relations, performance, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, records management, HRIS updates, and employment documentation.
• Manage leave administration including FMLA, ADA, disability leaves, and return-to-work coordination.
• Support performance management programs with coaching tools and cycle administration.
• Coordinate compliance activities like I-9 audits, file reviews, and training requirements.
• Administer HR programs and communications while answering policy questions from staff.
• Support recruitment activities including onboarding prep and background checks.
• Assist with HR reporting, workforce metrics, and data integrity initiatives.
