Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in the United States to support the HR Manager. You will provide innovative people solutions, including talent development, organizational design, and strategic decision-making, with a primary focus on employee relations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in HR roles with broad responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Discreet with confidential information; ability to work in fast-paced env.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of employee relations including disputes, actions, and investigations.
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Coordinate new employee onboarding activities.
Provide guidance on performance management and development plans.
Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR metrics reports.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws; work with legal counsel as needed.
