Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Cartersville, GA to work closely with the HR Manager and deliver innovative human capital solutions. You will focus on employee relations while handling workforce planning, learning, and organizational design to drive business outcomes.

The role requires at least 5 years in HR, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong knowledge of HR laws. You will partner with leadership to develop policies, manage onboarding, and support performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of employee relations including disputes, corrective actions, and HR investigations.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in collaboration with leadership.
• Support performance management, goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR metrics for decision-making.
