Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with the HR Manager and deliver innovative people solutions across talent development, organizational design, and strategic decision-making. The role focuses on employee relations while managing workforce planning, learning and development, performance processes, and all HR disciplines.

The position requires strong HR knowledge, confidentiality, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles focusing on general responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Handling all aspects of employee relations including disputes, corrective actions, and HR investigations.
• Handle employer relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth organizational transition.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Communicate collaboratively with leadership to influence, develop, implement, and manage policies, programs, and services in recruitment and retention, performance management, and employee relations.
• Effectively interface with all levels of the organization to coordinate and oversee all HR-related activities.
• Stay informed about changes in labor laws and ensure the organization's compliance.
• Work with legal counsel as needed to address HR-related legal matters.
