Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to join the HR team and provide day-to-day operational support to the HRBP group. This hands-on role supports HR processes, data integrity, and partner with business leaders on routine HR matters.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of HRIS/ATS tools such as Cleverse or Jobvite. This position is based in San Francisco or Irvine, CA and requires excellent organization and communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Human Resources, HR coordination, HR operations, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, ATS systems, and HR operations workflows; Cleverse and/or Jobvite experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the HRBP team, coordinating, processing, tracking, and following up on routine HR activities and requests.
• Process and coordinate job requisitions in the Jobvite system, ensuring information and approvals are complete and following up with stakeholders.
• Process employee movements and organizational changes in the Cleverse system, including transfers and promotions.
• Maintain accurate employee and organizational information, HR documentation, and system records; assist with routine HR reporting and audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and increase operational efficiency.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for routine HR questions from leaders and employees, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Monitor and track HR requests and deadlines; communicate status and delays to stakeholders.
• Provide backup tactical support to HRBPs during absences to ensure continuity.
