Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR at our Atlanta R&D site, co-located with Georgia Tech.

You will partner with the Global Technology HR team to drive employee relations, engagement, and workforce planning while supporting immigration, relocation, and mobility initiatives. The role emphasizes coaching managers, aligning with business needs, and delivering HR programs across a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years HR experience in an agile tech, scaling operational, or fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field; 5+ years of experience; Masters and 3+ years optional.
• Strong administrative task management and process rigor with daily workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate organizational ambiguity calmly.
• Clear, empathetic, and objective verbal and written communication for cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
• Support culture, employee engagement, and internal communications.
• Coordinate and support HR programs, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts and onboarding.
• Address employee relations matters and assist managers in resolving issues.
• Administer HR operations, immigration, relocation, and global mobility activities; maintain data accuracy.
• Engage with universities and external partners to strengthen recruiting pipelines and partnerships.
