Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. in Irvine or San Francisco is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HRBP team with daily HR activities and system workflows. You will coordinate job requisitions in Jobvite, manage employee movements in Cleverse, and maintain accurate HR data while partnering with leaders and HR colleagues.

The role requires 3+ years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems. On-site in CA, this position offers growth in a fast-paced, global solar company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, ATS systems and HR operations workflows.
• Experience with Jobvite and Cleverse preferred.
• Excellent organization, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Discretion with confidential information and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the HRBP team and coordinate routine HR activities.
• Process job requisitions in Jobvite and ensure approvals are complete.
• Handle employee movements and org changes in Cleverse and related systems.
• Maintain accurate employee data, HR docs, and systems records.
• Identify workflow improvements to boost efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine HR questions from leaders and staff.
• Track requests, deadlines, and follow up on status and delays.
• Provide backup tactical support during absences to ensure continuity.
