Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who aligns HR strategies with business goals and drives outcomes.

You will advise leadership and employees, champion talent initiatives, workforce planning, and cultural stewardship to support department objectives. You will report to the Senior Manager and collaborate with HRBPs and Employee Relations to act as a liaison between HR and the business, ensuring compliant, effective People & Culture programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM, etc.) preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years partnering with business leaders to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Aufgaben

• Act as a strategic partner and develop workforce plans to meet future needs.
• Coach leaders and employees through performance, development and succession processes.
• Use talent data to address gaps and ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with leaders on strategic workforce planning to optimize talent and resources.
• Work with People & Culture Centers of Expertise to design and execute HR strategies.
• Provide guidance on People & Culture policies and support a positive workplace environment.
• Forecast and monitor position management and human capital budgets with finance partners.
• Foster an inclusive culture and monitor employee engagement to inform improvements.
• Coach department leaders and facilitate organizational change.
