Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership with site, regional, and functional leaders.
• Drive workforce planning, staffing strategies, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee recruiting priorities, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Coach leaders on performance, communication, and ER risk.
• Develop people analytics dashboards and risk management reports.
• Standardize HR processes and governance across locations.
