Cumberland Farms is seeking an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with store teams across regions. You will partner with district and regional leaders, advising on workforce planning, design, and employee relations while ensuring policy compliance and effective HR programs.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and willingness to travel 30%+. You will collaborate with compensation, learning, and recruitment teams to deliver scalable HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree in HR is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in partner/generalist roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with District and Region Managers to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Advise on workforce planning, succession, and design.
• Serve as trusted advisor on employee relations in compliance with policy.
• Lead talent management initiatives and performance reviews.
• Analyze HR metrics and report trends to leaders.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Support change management and collaborate with centers of excellence.
• Facilitate HR trainings and workshops.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion across regions.
