Job summary

C3 Industries is seeking a People Business Partner to support assigned retail locations across markets, focusing on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and culture initiatives. The role requires coaching managers and maintaining consistent HR practices across stores.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of HR experience, knowledge of ADA/FMLA, and strong communication. Travel to eastern coast stores is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years related HR experience in a business setting.
• Must be willing to travel to support assigned stores.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience handling employee relations and investigations.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for employees and leaders across markets.
• Guide employee relations, performance, policy interpretation and day-to-day people questions.
• Support HR and culture initiatives across locations to standardize practices.
• Assist with investigations, documentation, and escalation of high-risk matters as needed.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs, onboarding, and readiness of new hires.
• Support onboarding, transitions, performance cycles, and manager follow-up at store level.
• Contribute to HR training, tools, templates, and process improvements.
