Elliot Health System is seeking an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management in a designated client base. You will counsel managers and employees on employee relations, investigations, and performance management, while guiding workforce planning and policy interpretation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with management to improve morale, productivity, and retention in a hospital setting, with a first-shift schedule and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of five years HR Generalist experience required.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides HR consultation and support to designated client base.
• Counsels employees and management on employee relations issues and conducts investigations.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to management.
• Works to improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Provides input on client base restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Ensures disciplinary actions follow HR policies and rights of participants.
• Coordinates all termination activities including documentation, wage payout, benefits and unemployment hearings.
