Job summary

Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to align Elliot-wide HR strategies with regional needs. You will partner with leaders to drive employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning across multiple locations.

In this role you’ll coach managers, manage investigations, support onboarding, and help implement enterprise-wide initiatives while traveling regionally to support business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; experience may substitute.
• 5+ years in progressive HR roles supporting leaders and employees.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, policies, and employment laws.
• Ability to coach leaders, handle confidential information, and use data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner to regional leaders on employee relations and HR matters.
• Coach leaders on performance, engagement, development, and retention.
• Address employee concerns, investigations, and workplace conflicts with HR support.
• Partner with HR to develop and implement company-wide programs regionally.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and hiring processes across the region.
• Monitor workforce metrics and communicate trends to leadership.
