Job summary

The Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to align Elliot-wide HR strategies with regional workforce needs.

You will partner with regional leaders and employee-owners to implement programs, support a consistent employee experience, and strengthen Elliot as an employer of choice. In this role you will advise on employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and HR initiatives while ensuring practices are consistent across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in progressive HR roles supporting leaders and employees.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment laws.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally to other Elliot locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner to regional leaders on employee relations and HR matters.
• Coach leaders on performance, engagement, development, retention, and workplace concerns.
• Address employee concerns, investigations, terminations with HR involvement.
• Build relationships across the region and connect leaders with HR resources.
• Develop and implement company-wide programs tailored to the region.
• Provide regional feedback and identify implementation challenges.
• Support learning, succession planning, internal mobility, and workforce planning.
• Assist employee-owners with career growth opportunities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting and onboarding.
• Gather feedback and communicate regional HR trends to the HR team.
