You will partner with leaders and employee-owners to implement programs, support a consistent employee experience, and strengthen Elliot as an employer of choice. The role focuses on employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and HR initiatives, ensuring consistent practices while promoting a positive employee-owner experience throughout the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/Business/OD or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR or People Services experience supporting leaders and employees.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance mgmt, talent acquisition and employment laws.
• Demonstrated ability to coach leaders, handle investigations, and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and translate programs regionally.

Responsabilités

• Partner with regional leaders to implement HR programs and initiatives.
• Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, retention, and workplace concerns.
• Address employee relations matters, investigations, and terminations as appropriate.
• Build relationships across the region and connect leaders with HR resources.
• Develop and communicate company-wide programs within the region, considering local needs.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and hiring processes with Talent Acquisition.
