Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner for SSD-FC to support hourly employees and business leaders. The role blends strategic and hands-on HR work, focusing on talent management, engagement, and process excellence within Amazon's SSD-FC operations.

You will partner with leaders to drive inclusive talent practices, coach on performance and development, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve the employee experience while sustaining high business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR
Experience in HR generalist roles with emphasis on talent management and employee experience
Familiarity with HR data analytics and metrics-driven decision making
Master's degree or MBA is a plus and preferred for higher leadership roles

Responsabilités

Provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and leaders
Lead talent management, employee engagement and internal customer service initiatives
Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and team development
Drive adoption of HR technology, AI and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service
Develop and implement inclusive talent practices across selection and advancement
