Responsibilities

• Build consultative relationships with assigned operational divisions and understand business, workforce, people priorities.
• Advise and coach leaders on performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, talent planning, change management, and HR policies.
• Partner with leaders and HR teams to assess needs and develop practical people strategies.
• Support leaders and employees with workplace concerns, policy questions, performance matters, conduct concerns, time and attendance, and other employee-relations needs.
• Coach leaders through difficult conversations and promote policy consistency.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and promote consistent application of policies.
• Use data to inform recommendations and influence people-related decisions.
• Help leaders organize and prioritize work and improve team capacity.
• Provide input on HR programs and leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Build credibility through listening and collaboration across the organization.
• Connect leaders with the right resources and experts; communicate clearly with all levels.
