Job summary

Humani HR is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in the United States to partner with a portfolio of clients, delivering strategic guidance and hands-on HR support across employee relations, compliance, compensation, HR programs, and more. This role combines advisory work with practical execution in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive, client-facing HR experience.
• Excellent knowledge of U.S. employment law across multiple states (NY & CA preferred).
• Experience in payroll operations and/or union experience preferred.
• Robust business acumen with ability to translate business needs into HR objectives.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, including C-suite executives.
• Lead HR initiatives from strategy through execution (policy, compliance, compensation, HRIS, audits, recruitment, performance management).
• Manage multiple client accounts with tailored, high-impact solutions.
• Build strong, lasting client relationships to drive Humani’s success.
