Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
