Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing.
• Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: advise leaders with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations on people-related challenges.
• Business Alignment: design and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and optimize performance.
• Change Management: drive, support, and manage organizational change initiatives.
• Leadership Coaching: advise and coach managers on performance, career development, and employee relations.
• Culture & Inclusion: promote a positive, inclusive, and equitable work environment with DEI focus.
• Talent Pipeline: partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and integrate top-tier talent.
• Training & Development: design and facilitate targeted training to elevate workforce capabilities.
• HR Analytics & Compliance: analyze HR metrics to identify trends and ensure policy/compliance.
