Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager to partner with Manufacturing, aligning people strategies with business goals and driving an engaged, high-performance workforce. You will lead HR Business Partners, advise on complex employee relations, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Safety, Benefits, Compensation, and Legal to execute programs across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP, management, or strategic HR leadership in manufacturing or similar operations.
• Strong employee relations experience, investigations, policy interpretation, coaching leaders.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and build trusted partnerships across the business.
• Experience supporting workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or complex operational environments.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner to manufacturing leadership, guiding workforce solutions that meet operational goals.
• Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent delivery of HR programs.
• Influence leaders using data-driven insights and strong business acumen.
• Partner with operations to anticipate workforce needs and develop staffing strategies.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations, including investigations and disciplinary matters.
• Identify workforce trends and develop practical solutions balancing associate experience and compliance.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Safety, Benefits, Compensation, and Legal to implement programs.
• Support leadership development and succession planning through high-potential talent development.
• Lead HR projects across locations, aligning with organizational priorities.
