Voltage Energy is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of employee training and workforce readiness across manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with HR, Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, and other functions to close skill gaps and ensure safe, effective performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Industrial Technology, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in training, learning and development, employee development, manufacturing training, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing curricula, training materials, assessments, and competency evaluations.
• Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System.
• Strong Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and improve employee training programs.
• Coordinate training matrices, new-hire learning pathways, competency assessments, qualification programs, LMS administration, Train-the-Trainer programs, and training effectiveness.
• Lead the training component of new-hire onboarding and establish 30/60/90-day training expectations.
• Develop facilitator guides, lesson plans, assessments, and training materials; monitor overdue training and generate compliance reports.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, competency evaluations, and operational results; analyze data for improvements.
