Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with frontline operations and guide performance management, policy application, and employee engagement. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, resolve standard inquiries, and support payroll, timekeeping, and benefits enrollment.

Experience with Oracle/Workday/SAP/Visier and a strong Excel skillset will help you ensure data integrity and drive HR analytics across manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including generalist or specialist roles.
• Practical knowledge of Oracle, Workday, SAP, or Visier HR systems.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult frontline and mid-level leaders on performance management and employee relations.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
• Resolve standard inquiries and support payroll, timekeeping, and benefits enrollment.
• Partner with Payroll, HR Tech, and Recruiting to drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and OSHA documentation.
